On January 25, members of the AU AIGA Student Group went to Atlanta to visit the Paul Rand exhibition at MODA. It was a great opportunity to see the work of a brilliant design legend, explore the city, and spend some time with friends.
Congratulations to all of the seniors on the successful completion of their senior reviews. The AUVA family is incredibly proud of your achievements and we look forward to seeing the great things you will accomplish. This piece was produced by James Dortch and was one of many stunning works on display at the reception in celebration of what has been and what is to come.
AUVA Faculty and Graphic Design Students recently returned from a trip to NYC for spring break. We had the opportunity to go into studios of great minds including Milton Glaser, Matteo Bologna, Swiss Miss, Type Directors Club and Behance. We also had the privilege of meeting Debbie Millman and sat in on a taping of Design Matters. To those who are responsible for making this trip happen, we could not be more thankful for your hard work and generosity. This video provides a glimpse into some of the incredible memories that were made and the foundation of inspiration we have to build on. All credit for it goes to Morgan Reynolds.
