I think I can speak for many people when I say it feels like we’ve been in class for a month already, but it has only been a week and a half! Nonetheless, this spring semester is off to a great start. We kicked off things in the design department by entering the 2012 AAF Greenville ADDY Awards. We had a record number of students entering work spread across multiple categories. I’m confident we will sweep the competition yet again this year. Coming up next week on February 1, we have a gallery opening reception for Polly Gaillard, our photography professor, where she’ll be discussing her latest work. Having gotten a sneak peek at it, I can tell you it’s something you don’t want to miss.
